Especially for our new clients who have not experienced an in-home massage before, the idea of welcoming a massage therapist into your home or office can feel a bit strange. Rest assured that it is our goal to make you feel just as comfortable and relaxed as you would in a traditional clinic setting, if not even more so! Our massage therapists will bring a portable but sturdy massage table and necessary linens. We will also bring with us any additional equipment that we may need to provide the type of massage experience you have requested. All you need to do is provide a quiet, private space where you are comfortable. We will begin each massage with a frank discussion of your health and medical concerns, and your goals for your personalized massage experience. If you are preparing for or recovering from surgery, are pregnant, or are in treatment for any other medical condition, please be sure to speak with your medical practitioner about whether massage therapy is appropriate for you before scheduling your appointment. And for the well-being of our massage therapists and our clients, we ask that you do not book an appointment or cancel your existing appointment immediately if you believe you are sick or if are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including (but not limited to) fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or new loss of taste or smell.
